The staff and the doctor are very friendly, very professional. They keep you informed throughout the whole exam. I am 67 years old never like to go to the dentist And this entire group makes me sorry I had not gone to the dentist more often. Other practices should take a page out of their book. Just real people doing a real good job

Serenity Smiles has been an absolute blessing during such an important time. From the moment we walked through their doors, the entire team showed such patience, compassion, and genuine care for my brother, who is currently battling non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma. We came in for medical clearance in preparation for his upcoming transplant, and every single person at Serenity Smiles went above and beyond to make him feel comfortable and supported through what has been a very emotional time. They took their time explaining every step, answering all of our questions, and ensuring he felt safe and cared for. I can't believe I didn't find Serenity Smiles sooner. Lía and Dr. Critchfield were simply awesome. From the first moment when I arrived I was greeted with warm smiles. And the cleaning couldn't have been better. They were attentive, careful, and precise. The cleaning was very well done; nothing is worse than going to the dentist and feel like it wasn't great. I was really happy to have found them and even happier with my results. I recommend them 100%. Everything was 10/10 😊

Dr Critchfield was a pleasure. Easy to talk with and very knowledgeable. The Staff is fantastic. Office is spotless. Great Dental experience. I am thankful to find a quality, knowledgeable, personable Dentist that is not part of a Private Equity roll up. I highly recommend Serenity Smiles.

I chose Serenity Smiles based on other reviews, and I was not disappointed. Dr. Critchfield and her staff are great. I needed a crown replacement and was able to get in right away, have a temp made, and get the final crown 2 weeks later. I highly recommend Serenity Smiles.
